
I was right. I guessed we were due for the poboy meal plan and sure enough it hit. I was strong and I was able to avoid any cheats today. I didn’t even have any salad. I was afraid if I grabbed some salad I would be tempted to grab one meatball or 13 hot sausage poboys.
There weren’t any leftovers which is good. Usually there are leftover hot sausage poboys which usually end up in my belly on Thursday. As long as nobody brings any sweets in tomorrow, I should have a temptation free day.
Making Thursday my official weigh-in day worked great. It did motivate me to stay away from the free lunch. I almost snapped once when I went up for coffee but I kept reminding myself of the weigh-in tomorrow. I’m close to getting back below my PANIC Weight {175}. I’m hoping to bust below 176 tomorrow.

A tiny dip this morning on the scale. I am due for a plateau soon, not tomorrow but soon. Tomorrow I should have a decent drop because I had a bit of a stomach issue this morning. The less said about said issue the better.

Today’s Menu
Breakfast – Pork loin with cheese
Lunch – Pistachios
Dinner – Chicken with salad
Snack – Pork loin with cheese
Calories – 1350
I remembered to bring 2 bags of pistachios to eat around lunchtime. That helped a little but not much. It was very hard to keep rooted to my chair when all I wanted to do was RUN upstairs and dive into the poboys.
Fear of the scale helped me more than the snacks.

Way to Go Idaho!! So proud of you sticking it out like that. I weighed in at the docs office and I was down from my high over the weekend, but still up. I’m gonna wait till Friday to weigh in cuz that’s what day I’ve been weighing.

Amazingly, 260.2— No cheat week! Can I just say I am PROUD of myself today?? Now, if only I can avoid the pizza in the oven….
