It seems most of us were following Wrongway Feldman this week. Many of us went in the wrong direction on the scale and many still haven’t posted their weekly weight.

Fitby40 is the only contestant who dropped this week. Or at least the only one who got me their number.
There is still plenty of time to turn things around and the goal is just to get moving in the right direction. The championship grumpy man mug would be nice but the main point of the contest was to stop my UPWARD movement and get the scale moving back down.
I use Thursday as my official weigh-in day to try to slow me down with the Wednesday free lunch. My numbers would look better if I had used my weight this morning.
Tip
Everybody needs to keep working hard. Any downward movement is great. This really isn’t a race. Well, okay the contest is but your overall goal to lose weight is mainly a race in your own head. Don’t set crazy goals for weight loss or exercise. Slow and steady will get you to your goals, but it does take some elbow grease.

I’m almost back to my contest low last Saturday. Just in time for the scale to get mad at me after my dinner out tonight. I have no idea where we are going or if my willpower will be strong enough to behave. Or if I even want to behave this week.
Today’s Menu {UPDATED 11:30pm}
Breakfast – None (slept late}
Lunch – Pork loin with cheese
Dinner – Ribeye, baked potato, wedge salad
Snacks – Pistachios
Calories – 2,000
Ribeye was a decent choice but the potato will mess me up a bit. Not to mention the INSANE amounts of salt on the potato and the steak. Oh and I had a tiny piece of bread and butter. I wanted dessert but I was able to push the breaks on that.

My weight has not really moved. I’ve been hovering between 195 and 197 all week.
Keep working hard and that plateau will break. I hate being stuck in a weight range.
