Yesterday’s Meal Plan
Breakfast – None
Lunch – Chips, salsa, bean dip, Pork Fajitas with onions, peppers, sour cream, guac, and cheese.
Dinner – None
Well, I survived. Ha! I didn’t gain any weight from the Mexican feast and boy was it good. 😀
This was one little minefield, but next month I have a bunch because it is my birthday month. I will have 4 to 5 dinners/lunches that I will need to behave at.
March will also be the 1 year mark for my diet. One whole year. Wow. Who knew I could stay on a diet for one entire year? A year ago, I would have told you that you were crazy.
One day and a time. That is the key. Taking things a day at a time and not worrying about tomorrow, next week or next month is the only way to maintain sanity and stick to the diet.
TIP OF THE DAY
Grocery lists. You must make one and get in and out as fast as possible. Don’t just wander the aisles. You brain will convince you that the bag of doritos is healthy if you wander the aisles. Your brain will convince you that your kids deserve a pizza, even if you don’t have kids. Get in and out as fast as you can and the best way is to always have a shopping list. Also, try to eat before shopping. Shopping hungry is dangerous.
