Sorry, but today you just get the facts. I have been a bit busy and somehow the day disappeared.
The plateau is still here. I just don’t see how with a digital scale a person can weigh the exact same amount 3 days in a row. And yes, I have been doing the weigh my leg trick, then weighing my whole body and yet each time it still comes up the same weight. That just doesn’t seem possible.
Yesterday’s Meal Plan
Breakfast – Tuna with avocado
Lunch – Hamburger patty with cheese and salad
Dinner – Chicken salad
Snack – None
Calories – 1100
Glorious day off Wednesday. It was awesome.
Aquarium News Flash
I just spotted one shrimp still alive. He apparently learned to stay hidden in the little fake coral cave. Not sure how long he can hold up in there without eating. Vegas odds are against him lasting much longer.
Tip Of The Day
Do what works for you and don’t listen to anyone else. The little forum I have been going to has been melting down the last few days over low-fat vs. low carb.
You can lose weight on almost any diet. You need to pick one that you can stick to and then stick to it. The baloney people say about Atkins is that you will gain all the weight back. People will gain all the weight back no matter what diet they choose, if they go back to their old eating habits. It has nothing to do with the type of diet.
