I don’t eat cake and I gain weight and Sam eats cake and loses weight. That isn’t fair in my book. 😀
I was expecting a little bounce or stall because I lost so much last week.
Yesterday’s Meal Plan
Breakfast – Hamburger patty and cheese
Lunch – tuna and salad
Dinner – Hamburger patty and salad
Snack – Cheese
Calories – 1200
Biking – 0
Net calories – 1200
Doubled up on burgers because I didn’t have any chicken fired up yet. I did cook it later last night so I am back to broiled chicken,
Scorch alert. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky all day and it was simply too hot even in the evening. I just wasn’t up for it.
Tip Of The Day
Don’t push it in the summer heat. It isn’t worth it. You are going to get sun stroke or you are going to get burned out on your diet and quit.
That doesn’t mean you can use heat as an excuse every day. If you can’t get outside do some other exercises inside. I do a few crunches or push ups sometimes. No, I didn’t do them yesterday. I forgot to do those yesterday but I’ll do a few in a minute. 😛
Watch out for the heat. Don’t go walking, running or riding at peak heat times. Try to go very early or right before dusk.
And drink plenty of water.
