Power Out RAGE

Do you want the good news or the bad news first? Actually, the good news isn’t as good as it was about an hour ago. A few trips to the pantry and the good news is now somewhat okay news. 😛

I had a somewhat decent eating day today along with a 10 mile ride, the bad news is that there was a Taco Bell incident last night that we must never speak of again. Amazingly, I didn’t gain weight. I guess I was going to have a nice big dip down today until the incident which I told you must never be spoken of again.

THE EVEN WORSE NEWS….The power blinked off and messed up this post. I had delved deep into the core meaning of life in the universe and had a working hypothesis for how to solve all of the woes on the planet but the power outage deleted it and I can’t seem to recollect how to solve world hunger, war, poverty and health. Oh well, you will have to settle for a weight loss tip.

Sodium has a way of punishing you a couple of days after the incident, so I might have a bit of a spike up tomorrow. Maybe not, but a gain is probable. Yesterday’s Meal Plan

Calories -2600

Biking – 0

Net Calories – 2600

I was having a good day yesterday all the way up until the wheels came off on the way home around 10pm. I passed Taco Bell and somehow the car turned into the drive-thru.

About the only good news is that my order at Taco Bell nowadays is much smaller than it used to be so the damage isn’t quite as bad although we shall see tomorrow if I get a delayed punishment from the scale.

Biking Update

For those that don’t know. I always take Thursday off no matter what. It is my one guilt free day away from the bike. Even if I don’t ride any other day of the week, I still take Thursday off. 😀

Tip Of The Day

Before/ After Shots Make sure you take some before and after photos.

You might not want to see the before shots, but they can really help to keep you motivated during tough times. You can really see how far you have come and how much you have dropped in some good before after shots.

Optifastloser has some great shots. He takes a front and side view picture each week and posts it along with his weight loss data. There is a link to the right for his site.

I know lots of people toss their old clothes but  I love showing off my old belt.

I need to add some new shots but I am not going to take them until I get back below 170 which may never happen at the rate I have been going lately. 😛

Take pictures. They will help motivate you.

Happy Dieting, see you tomorrow
