I was famished last night and continue to be insanely cookie monster hungry this morning. I was so hungry, I had myself convinced that a cheat was the right thing to do. My stomach feels like an endless black hole devouring anything in its path.

convinced me that even though I went out for lunch, a nice visit to Taco Bell was in order to satiate my hunger.

I convinced myself to wait until I hit a new low before heading out for a cheat. I made this plan expecting to hit 163 this morning, but instead of losing weight, I gained weight. 😦
So I am grumpy!!!
Even though I have dropped about 9 pounds in a short time, I wasn’t expecting a slowdown yet. All of that weight was water. I figured the slowdown wouldn’t hit until I dropped my low by a couple of pounds.
Yesterday’s Meal Plan
Breakfast – Eggs
Lunch – Grilled shrimp Caesar
Dinner – Tuna salad
Snack – Baked chicken
Calories – 1450
Biking – 0
Net Calories – 1450
I followed through on my tip. I stuck with the meal I picked online and had the grilled shrimp Caesar. I guess it is possible, the Caesar was LOADED with sodium which caused a very temporary slowdown.
Dang scale better move in the right direction tomorrow or it might find a new job as a piece of performance art smashed on the parking lot below my balcony. 😛

Tip Of The Day
There will be many frustrating days like the one I am having. You need to learn to deal with that frustration without grabbing the bag of Doritos or the box of donuts.
Make sure you have a good place to vent some frustration when the diet is making you GRUMPY!
I vent here and I vent a few other places online. Getting that frustration out and getting some sympathy from your fellow dieters can really make a huge difference in keeping you on the right path.
