The Challenge!

In case you didn’t read my post yesterday, I have tossed down the gauntlet to all of you out there in the great big world. I challenge you to lose more weight than me in the month of May. You have no chance… 😛

Tip Of The Day

Competition is great for weight loss. A little friendly trash talk and competition can make losing weight a LOT easier.

I’m going to clean your clock! You might as well quit (don’t quit) now because I am going to be a weight loss fiend during the month of May. Well, as long as I don’t get sidetracked by the wedding this week or Cinco de Mayo or Mother’s Day. 😛

Or the Wednesday lunch. 😀

You caught a serious break. Just like Gail caught a break when we started the office weight loss competition. I told you I was going to be down a big chunk this morning and it was even BIGGER than I thought.

Weight Statistics

4.1 pounds!

I was so shocked by the drop I weighed myself again after resetting the scale. The 4.1 showed up again. That is 7 pounds in two days. I wouldn’t be shocked by a small gain tomorrow but I am not expecting one. I think I probably drop another pound tomorrow.

I’m hoping I get a little more water off my bones. Unfortunately  I think all of the water is gone. I didn’t make 90 trips down the hallway today.

Get to work! You have a tough battle with me in May!

Today’s Menu

Breakfast – Turkey burger with cheese

Lunch – none

Dinner – Chicken with salad

Snack – Turkey burger with cheese

Calories – 1200

Day 2 without fruit. Not only did I skip the fruit, but I also kept away from the popcorn, leftover pizza, Popeye’s biscuit and chips and salsa. The pizza really looked good.

Biking Update

No ride today! I’ll try to get up on the levee tomorrow. I had to go shopping so it was too late when I got home. I’ll get up there tomorrow. 😀
