Stupid scale. 😛
Yeah, I know I ate a piece of a sodium bomb yesterday but my calories were under 1500. I actually thought I might drop a bit today. I was NOT expecting a 1.5 pound gain. 😛
Nope! Don’t use a bad weight on the scale as an excuse to go crazy. That was my first thought. My brain told me that I should have gone ahead and devoured some of that pudding yesterday if I was going to gain 1.5 pounds today. Don’t let irrational thinking control your eating habits.
