The weight loss is moving at a snail’s pace. I’ve been dropping a tiny bit each day for several days. I’m not sure I have ever has such a consistent tiny weight loss. I’m thinking I might have to add the darn bike into the mix to keep up with everyone although I am not sure keeping up is possible.
Once again this week we had another INSANE loss from someone unless it was a typo. See for yourself. Crazy numbers being put up. Congrats.

And don’t panic about the big numbers being posted. Nobody can keep that up past the first few weeks, then things start to level off. :P
I keep dropping .2 of a pound each day. Not terrible but it isn’t going to help me in the contest. I need to do better than that which means I might need to break out the darn bike even though it is still 1000 degrees out there.
I can’t eat less than I have been eating. 1200 to 1550 is about as low as I can go at the moment so in order to burn a few extra calories I might need to break out the bike but I am worried that will cause some weight gain in my legs and I might not see any really loss for weeks if I get back to riding.
The old Atkins magic needs to kick back in. :P

That one. I’ve been keeping close to 20 grams of carbs a day….in theory. I might need to tweak my coffee a little more and use even less sweet n low to make sure I am really close to the 20 carb number. I also might need to get down to just one bag a day of pistachios but I am not sure that is going to happen.
It is going to be a LONG night. It is only 5pm and I’ve eaten up all of my calories for the day. :(
Breakfast – Pork loin with cheese
Lunch – Baked chicken
Dinner – Baked chicken with salad
Snack – Pork loin with cheese and pistachios
Calories – 1550
I should be able to get through the night without a cheat because I know there is a decent chance of a cheat tomorrow at the birthday party. I do think it is about time for a planned cheat. If I get through tomorrow without a cheat that will be 21 perfect days without a cheat. Not sure I can hold off all the way until the Fantasy Football draft.
