Maybe not as impressive as walking on the moon, but for the first time in over a month, I behaved on Wednesday. I skipped the free lunch which happened to be poboys. That is after skipping the lunch & learn poboys yesterday.

Free Lunch Wednesday
I was good. I didn’t have anything on Tuesday or Wednesday. There was a big pile of peanut brittle on the kitchen table Tuesday morning. That almost got me, but I stepped away from the table. 😛
I’ve got another Lunch & Learn to set up tomorrow so another day of temptation leading to Friday which of course is donut day.
Just isn’t fair that I have to pick those evil tasty treats up on the way to work on Friday! 😛
I’m a good bit lower than the horrific number from Monday, but I still have a long way to go to get back to where I was at the end of the contest in March. Hmmmm….. still think the cornbread was worth it. 😀
Breakfast – Pork loin with cheese
Lunch – Pork loin
Dinner – Pork loin with salad
Snacks – Almonds
Calories – 1400
I went a bit overboard on the pork loin today because I didn’t have anything else cooked. I actually had lunch today because I took a half day of vacation and I was home. I had some errands to run and I hit up Sam’s to reload the food supplies.
The cookie monster part of my brain tried real hard to convince me that I could be trusted with eggs, milk, cornmeal and flour.
The rational part of my brain knew better. I just picked up my normal safe food.
That’s it for the night. I hope I can carry the positive Wednesday into a fantastic cookie monster free weekend. 😀
