Actual technical problem’s

I had a good week. Ate a bit too much last night but low carb so didn’t hurt me much.

Posting from phone because my computer just died. Rip!

Poked around the insides and changed the power supply but no luck.

Therefore it might be a while until my next real post.

Free Lunch!

I’ve been good since Sunday but I haven’t had any real office temptations until today. Free Lunch Wednesday arrived and unfortunately it was poboy day.

Hot roast beef, spicy sausage, cheeseburger and muffalettas. My original plan was to skip lunch entirely but my stomach was growling like a bear by 12:30.  I compromised. I pulled the burger off the bread and ate it over a salad. Not bad.

The devouring hordes ate just about everything so I won’t be tempted to dig into the leftovers tomorrow.

Overall I’ve done pretty good this week and the scale has started moving in the right direction. I need to keep the momentum moving in the right direction. I do have a party to go to on Sunday but I think I will be able to handle it.

My biggest test will come Friday when I need to pick up the office donuts.

Stationary Bike

At least my bike isn’t being used as a place to hang clothes. Hey, I actually dusted the bike off. I just haven’t found the motivation yet to actually climb aboard.  Maybe tomorrow….tomorrow…tomorrow. 😛

Breakfast – Turkey burger with cheese

Lunch – Cheeseburger patty with salad

Dinner – Pork loin with salad

Snack – Almonds

Calories -1500

Tomorrow should be a piece of cake…..oh….. I forgot I will be at a meeting with cake tomorrow. 😛

Missteps!

In my case, it has taken SEVERAL first steps and missteps to get moving in the right direction.

Didn’t have a good week, but also didn’t have a terrible week. Calories were a bit lower each day last week but it took until Sunday for me to have a good day on the calorie and carb front.

I’ve been even better today but my brain is screaming for carbs. Loud & Clear!

At the moment, my brain is screaming for ice cream. I hope that by tomorrow, the carb cravings will die down to normal levels.  They had better. I can’t take this nonsense. 😛

It shouldn’t take more than 48 hours to get back into ketosis, so the cravings should die down tomorrow, as long as I can stay away from the NEW jar of candy the admin ladies have put on my floor.

I don’t have a problem with hard candy or various mints but I do have a tough time keeping my hand away from candy bars.

The scale definitely has me grumpy.

One of these days, I will actually get back to the stationary bike……just not tonight. 😛

Dinner – Rotisserie chicken with salad

Snack – Turkey burger, almonds

Calories -1200

I’ve been going a bit crazy with the carbs and sodium so I need to dial down the salt along with the carbs. The rotisserie chicken and turkey burger are loaded with sodium so I guess I’ll start the anti-sodium kick tomorrow.

I’m back!

Captured and held hostage by Aliens for a few weeks….yeah that is where I have been.

Tornado picked me up and dropped me in OZ and it took two weeks to get back….. yeah, that sounds about right.

Cleaning out my closet and fell into another dimension……. yup!

Followed a rabbit…..

The winner…. Those guys had me and for some reason they tried to fatten me up with cornbread and plenty of ice cream. 😛

Ok. Officially back at it starting tomorrow. I didn’t do a good job today but at least I cooked some Atkins friendly food to start tomorrow.
