I’ve been good since Sunday but I haven’t had any real office temptations until today. Free Lunch Wednesday arrived and unfortunately it was poboy day.
Hot roast beef, spicy sausage, cheeseburger and muffalettas. My original plan was to skip lunch entirely but my stomach was growling like a bear by 12:30. I compromised. I pulled the burger off the bread and ate it over a salad. Not bad.
The devouring hordes ate just about everything so I won’t be tempted to dig into the leftovers tomorrow.
Overall I’ve done pretty good this week and the scale has started moving in the right direction. I need to keep the momentum moving in the right direction. I do have a party to go to on Sunday but I think I will be able to handle it.
My biggest test will come Friday when I need to pick up the office donuts.

At least my bike isn’t being used as a place to hang clothes. Hey, I actually dusted the bike off. I just haven’t found the motivation yet to actually climb aboard. Maybe tomorrow….tomorrow…tomorrow. 😛

Lunch – Cheeseburger patty with salad
Dinner – Pork loin with salad
Snack – Almonds
Tomorrow should be a piece of cake…..oh….. I forgot I will be at a meeting with cake tomorrow. 😛
